This privacy summary explains the customer and staff data needed to run direct pickup orders.

Data collected

Orders can include customer name, phone number, email, requested pickup time, cart contents, order notes, curbside vehicle details, payment status, and order events. Staff accounts include login email, staff name, role, and restaurant scope.

How data is used

Data is used to price carts, create and manage orders, show customer order status, notify restaurant staff, send transactional customer updates, operate restaurant dashboards, and maintain platform onboarding records.

Provider processing

The app is designed to use Supabase for auth/database services, Stripe for connected restaurant payments, Resend for email, and Twilio for transactional SMS. Provider credentials stay in environment variables and are not committed to the codebase.

Customer access links

Order status pages require a customer-safe access link. Public order numbers alone are not enough to view an order.
